Hi, I'm Ömer.

I'm a Lead Developer at DefineX, building enterprise software on .NET since 2018. Mostly the systems large organizations run on every day: order management, business process orchestration, and the integrations that hold them together.

I like owning a system from the first architecture decision until long after go-live. Screens, services, processes, data, integrations, releases. If it breaks in production, it's mine to fix. As a team lead I set the technical direction, agree on standards with the team, review the work, and plan delivery so big changes reach production in small, safe steps.

My focus now is on how regulated organizations can adopt AI in software delivery without losing control. Someone has to own what AI is allowed to do, and model access should go through a gateway, governed like any other API. Business rules, specifications and code should change together, so the documentation stays current and knowledge doesn't depend on one person. And the test strategy has to be strong enough to decide what reaches production, especially when a legacy system is being replaced.

I build open source tooling for this with Claude Code, MCP servers and agent skills. This site is where I write it down, show it running, and keep an honest record of the work.
